If images are for publication, a once only $50 copyright release fee is to be paid for each print to be used for publication. Publication rights (for each print on the signed copyright release form) will accompany each print/set of prints listed. Acknowledgement of "Jan Wade Photography" will appear on/or near all photographs published. Breach of publication copyright may result in commencemnt of legal action.
